Christmas baking!

     Red Velvet Cake Recepe!

Red Velvet Cake:
21/2 cups (250 grams) sifted cake flour
½ teaspoon salt
 1/2 cups (250 grams) sifted cake flour
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1½ cups(300g) granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) buttermilk
2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1-8 ounces(227g) cream cheese
1-8 ounces (227g) tube of mascarpone cream, room temp
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (115g) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted
1½ (360ml) cups cold heavy whipping cream (double cream about 35-40% butterfat)
